Co-Op Funeral Care help local food bank
We always see on TV adverts about 3rd world counties and how £2 can feed a family for a week well as more people than ever in our immediate area are struggling to afford to feed themselves and their families, especially with the cost of fuel, food, transport still ever increasing, I will be collecting Food items (Non-perishable) for the Bournemouth Food Bank throughout October.
So if anyone has any food that they would like to donate or feels that they can buy an extra tin of soup or packet of pasta in their shopping one week, please feel free to pop it in to me here so that I can put a collection together and deliver it to the Bournemouth Food Bank in November.
I know families that have had to use the valuable services of the Bournemouth Food Bank (which is run by volunteers from Bournemouth Vineyard Church) so it really is a worth while cause and I’m going to kick start the donation by getting the Co-operative food to donate a load of food to the cause too.

by. Thanks too for fixing the missing railing/board beside the NatWest bank.
Maybe still not perfect, but slowly improving our image!
